I stare down a hole drilled in the exact center of my forehead. it is an inch wide and four or five inches deep.
They drilled it through the skull and into the brain.

The pain is unbearable.
I wake up and check my forehead for the hole.
Bad dream.
But the pain was real.

I am afraid of falling asleep these days.
